I expected to see more weight loss as I'm now able to wear clothes a whole size down. Also exercising so could be muscle weight? Regardless, happy to see the results in the mirror and on the scale!
81 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
