Okay, back to the lower weight of a couple days ago. So, when I fell off the wagon, it took three days to get back on course. I could be three days further. UGGG. But I think I'm gonna schedule a yummy break in 10 days. I can go over a week, but not two straight weeks without a "normal" meal. Yes, I will slide back 3 days, but not all the way back, there is gain and I won't fall off the wagon completely.

Got in my walk this morning. Two full rounds. Am happy b/c I am waking up on my own, not with the alarm clock. I tried to go to the fitness center but school also started this morning and the parking lot was PACKED. Tomorrow I will go right after my walk. Those kids will never get up that early. Hehheh heh.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
