Knew it was true good to be true that I was down to 164, not 165.
I am really trying, but weekends do me in - don't get to the gym and around food to much. I'm not hungry, but always seem to have food on my mind.
75.0 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
