My muscles still ache. I have a killer headache and my dad is making me anxious because he's not in a good mood. No workout for me tonight. For that I'm forcing myself to stay on level 1 of the 30 day shred for another 5 days.

Dad's are like that! Good job BTW! You are setting the tone for a healthy metabolism and "diet" as you hit your late teens, early twenties. You will have the edge and understanding that nutrition is important. Don't envy girls who can eat anything they want. They pay dearly in their mid 20s! Keep up the good work and good job getting your fats from good sources like almonds, nuts etc!

Thanks :)! I must admit though - my best friend is one of those girls who eats whatever and she looks like a model. I was always jealous, especially when I was really fat and hated myself.
