Still doing good with my weight over here Omad seems to be the best diet I have been able to stick with and it’s nice eating what ever I want in that one meal 1 pound away from hitting my first goal weight!!!
I also bought some work out equipment to keep my muscles strong while dropping weight nothing crazy just a bench and a rack that doubles for bench press and squats some dumbbells that I can remove and add plates as needed and a 35lb kettle bell currently lifting weights 2 days a week and drinking protein a protein shake once a day some days I’ll skip the shake if I’m eating good amounts of protein in my one meal
