Followed food plan yesterday, mostly. Had tiny cup of coffee. Nn to stop that. It's an addiction. Has corn syrup. Processed. Poison. But it is delish and fills the spot. But am super caffeine sensitive so is not healthy for me in any reality.

Have a fever. I think a sinus infection. Am tired. Slept from 5pm to 5a. At least I did my walk, although it was the minimum. No double route. No morning leg lifts. I hurt from yesterday so thought to do minimum and not overdo for today.

Only lost 1lb though. Maybe that late last meal? No real time before I fell asleep. Will try meals at 9a and 3p and see if that helps.

Still, am not upset to lose only one. It means I am solidly under 160. And on the way to lose my first dress size. Am encouraged to continue.

NN to find tasty food, no dairy. NO pasta. No tomatoes or garlic. My sinus infection is prolly cause I ate inflammatory foods, allergy foods. And I didn't take any anti-histamine b/c it makes me sleepy. So I am imflammed. I took extra calcium though and my hip isn't as burning.

Am looking forward to re-opening of fitness center next mon. Will try to do some strength building, esp to help my posture.
