I stopped at a local farmstand this morning to pick up some stuff and ran into the 87 year old owner. I have known him for 30+ years but havent seen him so much the last few, I thought he was finally slowing down. He looked tan and fit and was helping move boxes around. I asked him his secret.
He said he goes to the gym every morning, he hates it. He eats whatever he wants just not so much of it. He said it was a small price to pay to be able to do what he wants with the years he has left. It was habit now and he is enjoying his golden years the way he wants to.
Puts it in perspective, eh?

Losinit1655 - yes she was African American. I don't know where she's from, they might have said. The lady who was losing weight was in Dallas TX. If you go to the website for Extreme Weight Loss it's on the front page, season 5 episode 10. Mitzi was the person losing weight and the picture on the page shows Mitzi with the older female body builder behind her. She looks great.
