Woohoo! I finally hit the 50lbs down mark. I know this page doesn't show it, but I've been on a diet since April. So 10lbs a month average isn't bad! Now to shed 3lbs and I'll be below 200 again! I walked this morning (finally cool enough again!) and did a full 30 min without pain! I didn't even use any creams or take advil yet. There's an improvement for ya!
