wrote all the bad stuff, forgot to say the good. I doubled my walk route and speeded up two separate sections. and I still maintained NO ice cream (easy b/c Blue Bell was recalled months ago) NO cookies NO candy NO donuts. SO yay me for eliminating, so far, all desserts.
A GREAT help to me was watching a video of a big loss and she talked about how hard it was to get up and get outside some mornings, that she'd be fuzzy headed and had to make herself do it. I thought, yep that's me. So I will do as she did, and make my fuzzy head tie on the shoes and step out to my walk. I won't run b/c I am older and my joints couldn't take it. But I will walk, and go for longer fast sections, and goal to increase distance as I get stronger, will not decrease time or distance.
I did think I'd have a big initial boost drop in weight when I stopped sweets. I ate A HUGE amount. Like 1/2 gal ice cream in one day, or a whole package of cookies in one sit down, or 6 donuts I one sitting, or two movie sized jumbo boxes a charleston chews (my fav, and worse is made with corn syrup)... I had a BIG dose of sugar yummies every day. SO why no reciprocal loss since I'm not having that sugar dose? Hmmmm. ????
