Okay. No loss. And that's b/c I did several bad things. tea with cream. Calories and caffeine, and caffeine seems to act as a retainer of fat, acts kinda like flight/fight holds fat. Also had lots of salt on my egg, b/c I wanted the iodine. so I had water retention. And then, I was SO hungry, I ate 4, FOUR slices of wheat bread with lots of butter/raspberry jam and two had peanut butter. SO as many calories as a dessert and nearly as much sugar. I also had a banana. And hamburger helper for dinner, which has pasta. Will see how weight is tomorrow, no tea/cream, and no jam and toast snack. But will eat plant based banana because I drink/pee lots of water. Will do more stomach and arm exercises.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
