Poor food choices today and lack of exercise as I'm exhausted from an 8 hour shift at my cashier job at Walmart and my muscles ache from my hour and a half workout yesterday. I miss my veggies

Wow cashier job at Walmart has got to be brutal. Grats 2 u for having such a demanding job at 16 I was still a good for nothing punk at that age. We all have days when we feel as if we could have done better the important thing is not to to beat yourself up about it so much that u get discouraged and make even worse choices the next ;)
