Guys I fell off the wagen pretty hard. I am so scared to get on the scale. I haven't been in control for about 3 months after getting SO CLOSE to my goal. Has anyone ever felt like this?

Yes, but it's called life. If the road was straight and easy, everyone would be healthy, rich and happy. We are only human and the point of falling down is to accept ourselves as flawed human beings and then to be kind as we pick ourselves up and start again. That number on the scale is arbitrary - all it does is tell you how much of an effect gravity has on your body. However, you can use it as a gauge to tell you how far along your journey you are and how determined you need to be to get to your destination. If you are scared of the number on the scale, then switch to the tape measure for a few months and measure your progress that way until you're ready to get back on the scale. Never use guilt as motivation - it just makes you feel more crap about falling down. Rather focus forward and create the results you want - nevermind where you've been; focus on where you are going. Dust yourself off and keep going. It's really okay 👊

So many times I can’t even count! It’s normal! So so normal! Please don’t beat yourself up. You can do it! Just don’t give up on yourself.

Happens all the time. The weird thing is sometimes you actually lose weight. Best part is you know where you are at so now you can start working on it again.

Am just bouncing from a month of the same, myself. I think it's important to not be too hard on yourself or push yourself, because it ends being counter-productive. Take the lessons learnt and adjust. Knowing what the "damage" was also helped me get my head back in it. We love and learn, right?

Hi Bitsy, I think we have all experienced this - especially over these winter months. Try to not fall in to a “diet trap” - choose a lifestyle that is sustainable and that you can enjoy - I think the worst thing you can do is fall in to a yo-yo trap now in particular xxx you got this

happens all the time, Maybe your wagon is a little too strict? Whats the cause for the cheating? Stress? Just cravings?

Sometimes you need a diet break. If you go hard your hormones suffer. Most people know how to loose weight and gain weight. How many people do you know who purposefully stay at maintenance for a month, and then go hard again? Natural bodybuilders do this to stabilize their hormones before they go again - and they are some of the leanest people on earth,🤔
