Hang in there. The next time you weigh it will be much less.

It’s not! It’s water retention or inflammation. Don’t stress!

I gained 1.4 kg after one week following a strict 1500 calorie intake. I feel your disappointment 😞

Do not weigh yourself everyday rather do it once a week, water in our body play a major part of weight, I weigh on a Monday morning. I started my weight-loss journey 2 years ago on 159 kg.... Yesterday I was 128,4 kg

Cortisol and glycogen are both responsible for water retention. The one is maybe a bit worse than the other. Glycogen pulls it into muscles which makes you look more shapely😍 and gives you more energy for that tough workout,😃

people weight can fluctuate between -4kg to +4kg it's normal it might be water weigh, muscle swelling from exercise etc. it's not fat. as long as you are in a caloric deficit you will lose weight. trust the process. I lost over 10kgs just based on the principal of being in a deficit so that's why calorie counting helps so much.

Use a tape measure to track your progress too. The number on the scale might be up sometimes but, if you’re losing inches it means you are losing fat

I made myself sick weighing in every day. It was so disheartening. Now I weigh in once a week. And it helps so much. As woman certain times of the month can also make out weight fluctuate dramatically. But it isn’t fat, it just is what it is. It will go away again with a bit extra, as long as you are doing your bit. Don’t be so hard on yourself. 🤗

Your weight fluctuates naturally, the trick is to never weigh yourself too frequently. Space it out to every 2 weeks or even longer
