Yes, be happy. You're new to it, so 4 pounds or a little more of that will be water if you've gone low carb. It's easier to lose when we're heavy because any calorie cut takes away from what you've been eating to maintain the fat. It's a good thing. Enjoy it while it comes quickly. It won't last for long. In a month you're likely to see about a pound and a half a week if you're consistent. Welcome on board. There's lots of support here. Send me a buddy request if you like. This place has a great community.

she has not gone low carb just low cals, personally I think it's better to go low carb with the proper amount of cals, you will need that for the future. keep going you'll get there!

I ave not been writing down all my calories I even saved up enough the other day to demolish half a tub of ice cream and I'd love to do low carb but i do at least 20 mins intense cardio work out a day and when i go low card i feel so drained especially with looking after two children ages 1 and 2 all day but thank you for your support !
