Eek, that is what happens when my treadmill is broken and it's raining - I did beginners yoga instead. Exercise in any form is good. I got at least a mile walk in everyday even if it wasn't much more. Tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed, barring weather is kayaking. It's about time. I like my yak and want to use it.
