Not using the app for calorie counting at the minute, trying to keep my calories down by just remembering what I’ve eaten & being good or where I’m bad don’t over indulge & of course ensure I’m walking at least 2 miles a day ☺️ however if I start to go over my maintaining weight I’ll get back on to the calorie counting & I’m sure during winter I’ll exercise more anyway. 💕
