Alhamdulillah, setelah mengganti porsi makan dengan mengurangi kalori, aku akali dengan makan sayur 50%, kenyang ampe sore bahkan malam...
minum air putih kurleb 3liter ....
dan workout tiap subuh 15menit(berkeringat)...
dan sore hari jalan kaki...
