No better way to wake up on my birthday than with a loss! ☺️🥂

97.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 20.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you everyone! Had a few hitches in plans, but overall a pretty decent day. Little too much sugar in my birthday drinks though 😧🤷‍♀️🥂
