Walked this morning. Did some light arm work. Will not overdo and end my goal. No icecream/cake/candy. Had the urge. Ate toast&jam instead. Better no snack at all but I know if I abstained, I would have succumbed to cravings so better off eating something yummy that less calories and no longer have craving to driving to store and find sweets. Wt 165. Will try better portion control. Also, ate snacks to induce digestion, 1/4 grannysmith apple and 1/2c.beetjuice. Still very tired.
