hating myself right about now😡 had a binge eating day followed by purging. this hasn't happened in years. I think it's the stress and anxiety that I've under lately more then usual. Usually it happens one then I loose control.

I too binge and purge when I feel overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. give yourself some grace and get back on track. it's a slip. don't get caught in the shame cycle because you are worth the best life possible. it's a journey not a destination.

It's okay to hate the action, but remember to love the person, that person, you. Look at how for that person has come and how much she/you have achieved. And tomorrow, look in the mirror, give yourself a smile, tell yourself it's a new day and you're going to make it a good one. We are here to support you, we care about you, you are not alone. 💚💜💛

Thanks so much to all who had something nice and supportive to say it really helps to hear or read kind words instead of the negativity going on in my mind. I went through a rough time the last 2 months but doing better now and trying to break free it takes time to get back up. I seem to self distruct and make things worse when things are not going as planned because the only thing I could have control on is how much I eat or don't eat of removing calories eaten by puking purging throwing up emesis etc whatever word you use.
