Fat free Greek yogurt might be your savior if you are hungry! A cup is only 90 calories and 18g of protein.
Much more filling than milk in cereal!

Me too. Trying not to be a snacker.

I'm with Ale000x, cereal has not much nutrition for the calories. Go for the protein with Greek yogurt.

Grateful that hasn't happened to me yet. I think the collagen I take in my morning coffee helps 🙂

Is collagen the one for muscle or for skin? My mom wants me to start taking powders for muscle growth. I already drink protein shakes and obviously I exercise and try to lift when I can. But my test show that I'm still losing muscle mass that kind of an alarming rate despite this. Unfortunately this is just part of MS but I'm trying to combat it I'm not one to just sitting idle. She's read that some of these things can be helpful they're just kind of expensive and I have no knowledge of any of these powders so before I invest in these expensive things that I know nothing about does anybody have any real knowledge?

I eat nearly the same cereal/fruit mix a few times every week! I always have a banana/blueberry combo. Usually w/ shredded wheat or bran cereal, w granola protein 💜
