Eating more at home. Eating healthier. BUT...must give up sugar. I wasn't always so interested in sugar. Think it definitely is true that it is an addiction. My goal for this week is no sugar. No ice cream, cakes, candy, etc. Only sugar allowed is natural. I can do this.
