I forgot I was going to record my weight here. Being back in Noom somehow keeps me motivated, even though I'm nit reading all the articles, drinking water or walking intentionally. I still eat waaaay to much sweet stuff, which interestingly was not my thing when I was younger. I weigh every day, and am roughly tracking what I eat, even when I go over my allowance. I've found mixing up what I eat, helps. It's book week this week, and it was Book Week last year that I saw a picture of myself, dressed in a "red, fish blue fish costume", that I decided to do something to "improve my weight!" It's also photo day. Last year I was overweight, and had a cold sore, wearing the same outfit as the year before. It was clear I'd stacked on the pounds Today, I'm happy for my photo to be taken - even with my much greyer hair. :D Best wishes to you all.
