I've been so hungry lately!

I can't remember eating this much before. Just ate almost a whole jar of salsa with bean chips. . . .I'm starting to question my cravings.

I've read in articles not to ignore what your body is craving because it means you need the nutrients that kind of food has. I would ask...are you eating a balanced diet so you are getting all the nutrients you need. I eat banana's all the time because my potassium level tends to run low. I figured that out after about 20 years of always craving bananas! My doctor's have verified this to be true.
