nope! nope! nope! I am not able to do the military diet, I just starve all the time... So I will try a different approach, I used to be able to eat anything I wanted, and never gained any weight, but I was working out for 30 minutes before work and walking 2 miles (almost every day) after work. I know I was younger then, but it still worked for me. So this morning I was up 45 minutes early and did my 30 minute work out. This afternoon (weather permitting) I will be walking my 2 miles.
