Wow fantastic and well done such a marvellous achievement. I’m on the Ovivia diet since last September I lost 2 stones and have nearly put in all back on. Just come back holidays and I’m determined to lose it all by Christmas and keep it off. You really inspire me to do it do this. 😍😍
