I didn't make it last week when I tried the 3 day military diet. I did good for 1 1/2 days.
So I started it again today, hoping I will complete it this time. This time I am doing it Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, that way by the time the weekend gets here I will have finished it, where as last week I was doing the diet on the weekend...lol for me that just didn't work out.
