This is a hard one ☝️…I went out yesterday and enjoyed the best Italian pasta.
I loved it 😊 and wine
Pizza 🍕
Then today I didn’t want to exercise or workout 🏋️‍♀️ I wanted to just give it a break. One moment I’m going to the store and excited to try meal preparation then I don’t do it. Then I’m excited again and I’m working out ..followed by goin on the scale and feeling disconnected. I’m turning 40 in 10 days and idk if I’m going to lose any weight
I want to atleast be under 210 by then
Totally in my feelings today

I think most people can relate. Some days we are into the healthy lifestyles. Sometimes not. My advice is to aim for 80/20. Be into it 80% of the time and don't fret about the 20% you are not.
