Homemade potato leek soup with toasted seeds. I am so fortunate to have a mother in law that drops off a fresh batch of soup weekly, however I am convinced she’s trying to fatten me up so I have to really watch the portions lol!

They really are! And I know all the ingredients are fresh and healthy from her soups. It’s been super helpful on busy weeks that’s for sure.
