Eating pretty healthy foods, but too much, and too many of the calorie dense ones. Been going over my calories almost every day for weeks. Can't seem to help myself from snacking on an obscene amount of nuts (unsalted). And then sometimes it goes from there.
I've already eaten more than I've expended and all I want to do is go eat some more cashews.
