Majority of my calorie intake is at dinner time. I eat about 800-900 calories at that time. I have a small meal in the morning. I know it seems like quite a restrictive regime but this amount is sufficient for me. I do eat extra if I'm hungry :)

I've been aiming for under 1000 calories each day - losing weight and feeling good so will continue to limit myself amubtik I reach ny goal.

Yeah, I've been going for walks most days as well. It really help dropped the weight!

I don’t think that you should eat in THAT much of a calorie deficit..

is it sustainable, is it healthy for your height and lifestyle? this post worries me because I've been there, done that and it wasn't healthy or sustainable at all for me...
