You can do it! Dieting is about the frame of mind - once we lose it or fail to gain it, it's so easy to fall off the wagon. What you have to remember is each day is a new day and you can start again. Keep visualizing your goals and why you are trying to get healthy. I am not going to say it's not a daily struggle (still trying to win against battle cupcake today) but the benefits in the long run area really going to outweigh the need for a cupcake today. Refocus and put effort into this and you will see results. Simple as that :D
