I weighed myself —still the same
Idk 🤷‍♀️ but my stomach feels so much better after the salt water flush.
Today I went to the grocery store and just bought vegetables,
Fruit & smoothies
I was amazing how much unboxed stuff I had. I didn’t realize how bad I was eating until today 😱
Hopefully going to increase my eliptical from 30 minutes to 45 and do my 15 mins weight training so total of an hour. I am hoping that if I eat clean and increase my time for workout I will lose some weight.
I am emotional rn because of my dogs paw getting hurt so I’m def craving bad food badly but I keep telling mt self I’m a Mercedes not a Honda! I need premium gas
