+500g well, i have earned it. not surprised, ha. yesterday i ate a little too much, but it wasnt SO bad actually, lots of protein. BUT anyway, I will try to fast today.
57.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
