I was doing low carb, as I have found that easy in the past. However, my taste has changed, apparently, and I am doing a 28 day vegan challenge. So far I find it much easier to give up meat/dairy than carbs.
107.1 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
