Great to see that being consistent with your foods is showing these results. I've been unwell the last week and just recovered from an injury the week before. Only been to the gym once in that time and the calorie deficit shows that the body is made in the kitchen. Have a great weekend all!

Hahaha, I've not heard it put that way before... but I read somewhere last year that the ratio is about 80% what you consume and 20% exercise... In my journey I was too overweight and unfit to exercise until I lost the first 30kg or so, and once I started it was just walking, very slowly and not very far... Exercise has helped my body in other ways tho as I have lost more and more of the excess... our bodies respond incredibly quickly once we build movement into our lives... just amazing 👍 BTW, I'm enjoying my new breakfast menu addition of PBP, yoghurt, berries overnight oats once or twice a week... thanks for the share 🙂

Thanks Liz! I can sympathise with your experience. I am overweight and it has made it harder to exercise to a level that I'd like without getting injured - especially being quite active when I was younger. Hoping once I lose 10 kgs that I can go back to that level. I already feel much better about myself. And also, a big congrats on your journey. Well done!
