Feeling so defeated right now. Almost 2 weeks without any weight loss. Still same calories and exercise. I know…think… it will catch up to me but it’s depressing.

Consider when and how often you eat. Everyone needs to let their insulin levels drop so they can access their fat stores for energy. Try eating 3 meals a day and eat them within a "window" that has a consistent start and end time.

Maybe you need to switch up your eating. Add in extra protein and good fats. Less carbs. Eat more calories like add maybe 100 calories more to your plan
