The last 16 months have truly been very emotional and rocky. I was ready to change my life, but instead, a week after I got my gym membership, I ended up in high care with health problems and I've been in and out of hospital ever since. I lost 5kgs last year, and that was at least something, right? Then, this year hit me even harder with 2 operations and viral and bacterial infections. I lost another 12kgs in the process, but then I gained 7kgs back. In total, I have lost 10kgs so far, and I am planning to lose more. My family and I are going on this journey together as my brother is in high care of blood pressure. It's going to be a long journey, but I have the support group I need!
