Having five small balanced meals a day has proven to be a challenge to me... Yesterday I skipped one because I did not have the time (afternoon snack) and today it looks like it will be supper. Cannot eat after seven and I just ate my afternoon snack. I've started to notice that eating small portions satisfies me and hunger pains have decreased today, mostly because I have not let my stomach without food for too long.
I also noticed today that my performance at the gym has decreased... I get tired easier now, guess its because of the diet. Will have to talk to my nutritionist next Wednesday about all this...But overall... being on this diet has not been that bad.
