Ugh! How in the world did this happen? I gained it all back. I got sick on 6/18 and have been to the ER twice and the dr a million times, had tons of bloodwork done and now an ENT is trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I have a CT scheduled today, then back to the ENT tomorrow.
I think the fear and discomfort of being sick drove me to food. It's not an excuse, I am just simply stating that it is what happened.
I'm back to tracking today.
