On your tool bar is a button that gives you this
"[img][/img]" within in the two you have to put the link of the image you want to share

Usually you post your photo to an outside site such as Photobucket. Then you size the photo small enough for your journal and then copy the link Photobucket provides next to your photo. You then click the img button within your FS journal and paste the photo's link within the "{img} {img} icons
