Ok - it was eldest's birthday yesterday and we had a party tea, so Atkins was off the menu, but I'm back on with avengence today. She got "Just Dance 2" for the WII as part of her birthday present, and OMG - who needs a diet dvd, this thing is a killer lol. I'm challenging myself to 30 mins per day and am going to attack the exercise as well as the food. I'm a sit at the laptop all day kind of worker who doesn't get any exercise during the day (lazy I know), so I'm looking forward to this - felt really good this morning having done it even though I was about three breaths from death lol. I'm away to add my exercise to the exercise thingy now - wish me luck for the rest of the week lol.
