Is anyone vegan or vegetarian? I'd never considered it until I watched "What the health" ,now I am going to attempt it... just wondering how dieting and being vergitarian works out.
61.9 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
