Having trouble sleeping, I think mostly due to heat. I feel tired and irritable and HUNGRY 😩

What I do is I save most of my calories for my last meal. I’d rather be hungry n awake during the day

Ah hmm. Yeah maybe I need to rethink how I do things in the summer. Just moved to a new house and I swear summer feels hotter here than where I used to live, lol

Baby carrots is my go to snack if I am still feeling a bit hungry before bed. Enough to fill the void but not ruin calorie count. Stay cool, try to visit your old house more often…..
