In my previous journal entry I was going off line to pursue my own dietary regime (the Sacred Heart Hospital Diet). Started June 5th and now weighed in this a.m. at 159.5. Did not lose as much as I expected but I am happy I broke the 160 lb. level. Going to continue for another week and then go back to fatsecret to keep track of my diet from there. I still have 11 lbs to go to meet my goal by end of September. I had not been exercising or walking because of the heat here in FL but I am going to begin my exercise routine today which should help.
