燕麦30g,🥦2/1,🥚2,☕️
个人喜欢燕麦泡软后,再放到微波炉叮一下,口感软糯,这次锻炼完后,燕麦表面已经风干了😅
感觉好久记录了,忙得吃饭都成了任务,更没时间摆拍,慢慢享受食物的馈赠
