I'm back at it again. I lost a bunch of weight and then found it. 😄 So I'm back on that horse trotting. Well, at a slow and steady gait. Lol. With these knees, I don't move as much as I did a year ago, but I started my dance aerobics again (able to do 10 minutes for now out of the 45 minutes I used to do without breaking a sweat). I know everything I did and didn't do to get here. So, instead of peeking in from time to time, I'll be here daily right along with yuh. Have a good day, all.
