Oh-my-God. Today I had lunch at Carl's Jr. I added my lunch to my food diary and... BAM! the truth slaps me in the face! I've had lunch so many times at Carls before, but never realized how many calories I consumed!!! It is shocking.
Today, no excuses! I'm gonna give it my best on the treadmill! It's been almost a week without exercising, so, eventhough I've made it up to 2 miles at 4.0 mph, today my goal is to get to 1.5 miles. This weekend I'm gonna exercise!!!
