I'm reading a lot of fasting on here. I actually gained weight when I fasted. My Dr. told me the way I was eating is how Sumo wrestlers gain their weight! The only thing that works for me is small snacks/ meals and counting those calories. My food scale has been a key factor in this entire process. I'm so glad I started with a coach, even though I remember thinking"that's so dumb, and impossible, I will NEVER take the time to weigh my food" I tried it literally just to appease her, and It wasn't even hard. Granted Ka'chava, and Optavia, make it so easy to get all my nutrition... I always have a deep seeded fear of getting osteoporosis as I get older due to my grandma having it severely, or so calcium, vit D intake is so important to me... I also love this app, how it tabulates all the nutrition the fiber the calories, Not to mention reading everyone else's struggles and successes with journaling, it is incredibly awesome!
