I was sitting on the side of the bed just putting on my shoes. Instead of reaching down to tie my shoe strings I slide on my shoes, lifted my legs over my left knee and tied them. Insignificant to some, but it is phenomenal to me. Look ma, I can tie my shoes. My tummy is moving out of the way.
